Terms and Conditions

1. No Refund Policy
   • Once the holiday is booked       and confirmed with customer consent, no refunds will be provided.

1. In-Resort Assistance
   • We provide 24/7 in-resort       assistance to ensure your trip runs smoothly.

1. Booking Amendments
   • Any amendments to the       booking after confirmation will incur additional charges.

1. Changes to Itinerary and Inclusions
   • We reserve the right to       change the itinerary or holiday inclusions such as hotels or flights due       to operational reasons. However, an alternative of a similar category       will be offered.

1. Travel Insurance
   • We highly advise that       travel insurance be taken out for all our trips. Most travel insurance       policies will provide cover against personal accident, death, medical       expenses, and emergency repatriation.

6. Flexibility and Changes

• You acknowledge and appreciate that the      nature of our tours may require flexibility. The routes, schedules,      itineraries, amenities, and modes of transport may be subject to change      due to local circumstances or events.
